A building that
didn't exist yet.
Filmed like it did.
Opalz is an off-plan tower in Dubai. I built a cinematic listing film of the finished apartment, so a broker can walk an international buyer through it before construction starts.
One hero render, then nothing.
Off-plan is the hardest thing in Dubai property to sell, because there is nothing to show. Most projects launch with a single commissioned hero render, then a brochure, then silence. The unit is a floor plan and a price. A broker in front of a buyer in Europe or Asia has a PDF and a promise. The home that justifies the price does not exist anywhere a buyer can actually stand inside it.
Plans in, a finished home out.
Floor plans, brochure renders and the developer spec as the only inputs
AI-rendered interiors for every key space: living, kitchen, bedroom, terrace
Exterior and skyline shots of the tower at golden hour and blue hour
A cinematic scroll film that walks the unit room by room
Investor framing for international buyers, no physical site needed
Delivered as a finished film a broker can send straight to a buyer
The unit, developed.

A finished home a buyer can walk through, before a single wall is poured.
The whole apartment exists as a cinematic walk-through while the tower is still a construction plan. A broker can send it straight to a buyer abroad and let them step inside, instead of waiting for a show flat or for completion. No site visit, no crew, no reshoot when the spec changes.
Interior walk-through visuals
Exterior and skyline shots
A listing film for brokers
Investor presentation framing
Multiple times of day
Furnished and unfurnished looks
Social and portal crops
One consistent finish
All of it from plans and a spec. All of it before the building exists.
Send me the floor plans.
I develop them into a cinematic listing film of the finished home, ready for brokers and international investors, before you break ground.
